'Enola Holmes 2': Netflix sets release date and advances the first images

Enola Holmes, who has just successfully solved her first case, follows in the footsteps of her famous brother, Sherlock, and founds her own agency. But she soon discovers that the life of a private detective is not as easy as it seems. Resigned to accepting her harsh adult reality, she's about to close her doors when a broke matchgirl offers her first official job: looking for her missing sister. The case turns out to be much more enigmatic than she expected, and Enola is thrown into a dangerous new world: from the sinister factories and quaint music halls of London to the highest echelons of society and 221B Baker Street itself. . As a deadly conspiracy brew, Enola must turn to her friends—and Sherlock himself—to unravel the mystery. The game has only just begun!

Directed by Harry Bradbeer from the script by Jack Thorne, Enola Holmes 2 brings back Millie Bobbie Brown (Stranger Things), who thus faces a step towards maturity for the main character almost on a par with her own as an actress. Together with her, we will also see the interpreters of her two brothers, Henry Cavill (The Witcher, Argyle) as a Sherlock as distinguished as prepared for action and Sam Claflin (Love. Wedding. Chance, Peaky Blinders) in the skin of Microft. In addition, Helena Bonham Carter (The Crown) returns as the particular mother of the Holmes clan, and David Thewlis, Louis Partridge, Susan Wokoma, Adeel Akhtar, and Sharon Duncan-Brewster complete the cast.
